Delay in Outbound Airmail Service (2011-February-7)
There has been a significant increase recently in outbound airmail traffic from Hong Kong Post. As the supply of air cargo space might not be able to cope with the demand, some airmail items destined for the US, Brazil and Europe are subject to delays of 2 to 4 days. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Air Mail Services to the United States of America (2010-November-15)
Hongkong Post announced today (November 15) that due to heightened aviation security measures taken by the United States of America (USA) concerning mail transportation to the country, all air mail services (including Speedpost) from Hong Kong to the USA are subject to delay until further notice.

Mail services to Europe (2010-Apr-15)
Due to the ash cloud from a volcano eruption in Iceland drifting over Europe, most airports across Europe are closed and there is disruption to flights. Mail services (including Speedpost) to European destinations are subject to delay until further notice.
Due to this problem, mail to Europe may need additional 7-10 working days for mail arriving to receivers.
