Do I have to pay taxes on product(s) ordered?

We do not charge any sales tax. However, any Customs fees or import sales tax levied on international deliveries are the responsibility of the customers. Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.

However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government on the purchase.

What if my order is confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of my country?

Customers are responsible for the customs duty, if any, imposed by the Local Customs Authority and should be aware of any banned items. If any order is confiscated by the Local Customs Authority of your country because of the above-mentioned reasons, we are not responsible for any reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated order.

Can I have refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?

If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to the customers.

Why doesn't EastMaze Global provide VAT free shipping arrangement?

We are trying to reach the similar arrangement with our logistic partners in various countries but the result is pending. We will keep on trying to extend the VAT free shipping arrangement to various countries. If we have any update on this issue, we will arrange to announce the relevant news immediately.
